Unfortunately, my experience with State Farm’s claims department has been very disappointing. The claims agent was rude, dismissive, not helpful, and lacked empathy and compassion. I did not feel heard or fairly supported during the claims process. At one point, I felt as if the claims agent was working for the opposite individual's insurance company.

Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest working with an agent like Jennifer but considering other insurance carriers that provide more respectful and compassionate claims service."
